Pokemon Matching App

A Pokemon Matching game that is currently being built by Joseph Burton and Jarom Oyler. Although only partially completed, this project will soon feature a Pokemon Matching game and will be multiplayer friendly!
This app is intended to be a fun game for pokemon fans of all ages! The app features a login page that the user can use to create a new account or log into. The user is then directed to start a new game and can configure the game settings they so desire. Finally the user is taken to the matching game page and can play the game! As you play the game (with or without friends), enjoy listening to the pokemon theme song!
This App is being developed with Ionic, using the Angular framework. The reason Jarom and I decided to use Ionic for this project was because we wanted to familarize ourselves with Ionic; neither of us had previously used Ionic before working on this project. Another reason to use Ionic is that we may one day want to put this app in the apple store or the Play store and Ionic is a great tool to use for doing that. My biggest accomplishment in this project, to this point, was getting the Firebase login to work correctly. I ran into some issues with it that were not well documented online and I had to sift through a bunch of documents and videos online to finally figure it out.
